Hitlevel 0 = any, 1 = overhead, 2 = low
UnkLong6_04x14 = hit flags 0x01 = don't hit standing 0x02 = don't hit low 0x03 = hit air only 0x04 = don't hit air
UnkByte11_0x1C = hitbox type 0 = strike 1 = projectile 2 = throw 4 = proximity
